The Oak Cliff Works workforce development program of Oak Cliff Empowered helps neighbors attain higher-paying careers in the high-demand healthcare field. 

Students can earn as many as seven stackable credentials through our courses, opening up a world of opportunities through their careers. 

We also provide one-on-one coaching and support to make sure all of a student’s needs outside the classroom are met, supporting their long-term success.
