Hello, friends, fellow book lovers, and brave souls of Middle-earth!

I’m incredibly excited to share a special fundraiser that’s near and dear to my heart. As someone who is passionate about literacy and the transformative power of reading, I’m always looking for creative ways to support our mission at Readers 2 Leaders.

The Fun Twist: Gandalf at Work?

Now, here’s where it gets fun! If I reach my fundraising goal, I’ve promised to dress up as Gandalf the Grey from Lord of the Rings! And I’m not just talking about a photo op—I’ll be strolling through the office, staff meetings, and maybe even the local Shire in full Gandalf attire (mustache and beard included). And, of course, there will be photos—lots of photos—for all to see shared on social media.

Imagine Gandalf guiding the team through our daily tasks, perhaps with a “You shall not pass!” thrown in for good measure. It’s going to be hilarious, but more importantly, it’s all for a fantastic cause.

The Mission: Bringing Light to the Shire

I’ve decided to use my time to raise funds that will ensure every student has the chance to thrive as both a reader and a leader. Our mission is clear, and with your help, we can spread the light of literacy across the land!
