About Tarrant Area Food Bank
Tarrant Area Food Bank is working to continue to meet the needs of families, children and seniors facing hunger. With inflation affecting many, Tarrant Area Food Bank knows that several individuals are left behind, wondering when their next meal will be. Tarrant Area Food Bank is proud to be providing over 1,000,000 meals each week to ensure that those impacted by prices too high for comfort, and everyday crisis, have the food and nutrition they need. The Food Bank is dedicated to meeting the needs of the community where they live. This is accomplished through the Food Bank's network of compassionate volunteers, over 450 partner agencies and our incredible relationships in the food industry throughout our 13-county service area.

To further meet the need of our community's most vulnerable population, Tarrant Area Food Bank's Ready to Learn program will ensure that every child has the most important school supply they need - food. Through the Ready to Learn program, Tarrant Area Food Bank plans to increase the number of in-school markets throughout the 13-counties we serve. In addition to increasing the number of in-school markets, the Food Bank will be working to open its' Ready to Learn Resource Center. The Center will be across the street from the Food Bank's location on Cullen St. and it will include a mission market for families to grocery shop at no cost to them, several educational programs for children, a learning garden and more. Tarrant Area Food Bank is excited to be growing and innovating because children who are facing hunger can't wait.

Support Tarrant Area Food Bank's Ready to Learn Program

Tarrant Area Food Bank is continuing to provide access to over 1,000,000 nutritious meals each week to those facing hunger. But still, we know that's not enough. This North Texas Giving Day, every dollar raised will go to support our Ready to Learn program and its' initiative to help serve more families by having convenient locations available, like in-school markets and our Ready to Learn Resource Center, for them to access nutritious food. And when a family is hungry, we know a child is too. When children experience hunger, they are sick more often, have behavioral issues and fall behind in school. Your support today will help ensure every child shows up to school ready to learn.

And Great News - Your Gift Will Be DOUBLED!
Thank you to H-E-B/Central Market and Brad Cecil and Associates for matching every donation, up to $35,000 this North Texas Giving Day. We are grateful that your support can make DOUBLE the impact this North Texas Giving Day!
