At The Concilio, we believe that every family has the potential to achieve greatness in health, education, wealth, community, and equity. As a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering families and individuals in North Texas, we strive to be the gold standard in facilitating essential resources and support systems. Our mission is to build stronger communities by unlocking opportunities for Latino families.

This North Texas Giving Day, join us to champion Latino families across North Texas!

Focus Areas:

Education as a Path to Equity: Only 67% of Latino students get a high school diploma, the lowest rate of all groups. The Concilio's work with Latino families raises the graduation rate to 90%. But our work is about more than just numbers, it’s about transforming lives. Your support can break the cycle of working poverty through education.

Healthy Families, Healthy Communities: Did you know that Latinos are the most likely to be employed, but the least likely to have health insurance? They are also the group most likely to become obese and have diabetes. Our family wellness programs result in a significant reduction of obesity and diabetes risk factors, plus increased exercise and activity levels. Your support extends essential wellness knowledge to those who need it most, helping every member of our community thrive.

Empowering Economic Success: Hard work should equate to economic success, right? But even though Latinos have the highest employment rates, their earnings are the lowest of all groups. The Concilio empowers Latino families to rise above working poverty through education, with 78% of our high school graduates going on to college and a greater earning potential. Your contribution is an investment in a future where prosperity is the product of perseverance. Let's redefine what's possible together.

Why Support Us?

We bridge the gap for the invisible workforce by providing the gold standard of programming that helps Latinos break the cycle of working poverty and open doors to academic and socioeconomic achievement.

Help us get families across North Texas to win gold. Together, we can ensure that every family has the chance to stand on the podium and achieve their gold standard in life.
