At Dallas Art Therapy, our mission is to foster emotional and psychological healing through the transformative power of art. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals of various ages and backgrounds can explore their creativity, express their feelings, and find solace in the therapeutic process. Our skilled art therapists are committed to helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, whether they are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, or other challenges. Through personalized therapy sessions, community workshops, and outreach programs, we strive to make mental health care accessible and effective for everyone in our community.

Recently, we have expanded our efforts to reach more people in need, particularly veterans who may not have access to art therapy  mental health services. We have launched new initiatives that bring our services directly to VALOR: Veterans Accessing Ongoing Recovery and St. Jude. Additionally, our Art Break! virtual therapy sessions have allowed us to support individuals remotely, ensuring care in remote locations. Your generous donations enable us to continue these vital programs, purchase necessary art supplies, and provide free or low-cost sessions to those who cannot afford them. By supporting Dallas Art Therapy, you are helping to heal hearts and minds through the power of art, one brushstroke at a time.
