Fuzzy Texan Animal Rescue is a volunteer-powered 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected, and abandoned animals from certain euthanasia and finding them loving forever homes.
We specialize in rescuing cleft palate neonates, blind, deformed and other special needs babies in Texas and all of the surrounding states. We operate mainly out of Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston and are also scattered throughout the greater Central Texas areas. We have a very high success rate with our special needs babies.
Our entire mission is saving lives and spreading awareness.
If you ever need help, need rescue, need guidance - We work closely with our partnering veterinary clinics and never turn away any cleft pup regardless of their breed or species. We are 100% discrete, confidential, and breeder friendly. We have everything they need to thrive including oxygen concentrators, incubators, tube feeders, transporters, and fosters all around the state of Texas.

Medical funding to rehabilitate the injured/sick, completely vaccinate, sterilize, combo test/ heartworm test, microchip and cover any vetting for all animals in our care that have been surrendered, neglected or pulled from shelters.
We also need formula, food, potty pads, toys, travel crates, leashes and collars for all animals in our care.
Our rescue runs solely on volunteers, we need more people to volunteer as fosters and for transportation.
We facilitate the rescue and adoption of homeless, surrendered sick/ill domestic animals of pure or mixed breed lineage, and placing adoptable animals into solid safe and stable homes.
