RAYO Planning helps communities to create equitable places by fighting for environmental, housing and economic justice.
This means ensuring people who have been intentionally excluded from participating in decisions that impact their homes, businesses and communities, are included and driving the agenda. By centering the lived experiences of people on the frontlines of the housing crisis, environmental injustices and neighborhood change, we are able to promote policy solutions that are more equitable, inclusive and culturally sustaining. We work with municipalities, community groups, businesses and residents to advance this mission.

Your donation helps us to continue to provide pro-bono services to residents and Latine businesses fighting to not be displaced and to make positive changes in their neighborhood. Our services include technical assistance and support as they organize around their advocacy efforts.
Community members often request our educational workshops and your donation helps us to continue to fulfill this need.
Land use planning and zoning policies have often excluded low income people and People of Color from the process. We fight to ensure these voices have a seat at the table and are meaningfully involved in outcomes in their communities. We also recognize that those whom have been the most impacted often do not have the financial resources to consult with planners. Therefore, RAYO fills this need by providing pro-bono resources as funding is available.
