Queer Stories Need Telling & We Need Your Help!

Queer history is American history. As extremist efforts are underway in state legislatures and local communities around the country, it is important - now more than ever - that we take a stand to learn from our past.

Badge Of Pride is a  501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Dallas, Texas dedicated to collecting and activating artifacts from LGBTQ+ history to inform, enrich and engage the power of contemporary Queer experience. We firmly believe that by showcasing Queer history, we encourage activism, challenge stereotypes, promote inclusivity, and drive change.

We do this work by acquiring and preserving significant LGBTQ+ historical artifacts, curating thought-provoking exhibits, organizing impactful public programs, and developing educational initiatives to reach individuals and communities.

Development of our inaugural museum exhibition, titled BADGE OF PRIDE: FROM SILENCE...TO CELEBRATION! is currently underway. It is slated for opening in June 2025, running through October 2025 at the Irving Archives & Museum, centrally-located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
