When people ask me, “Tell me about your job!” I almost always lead with, “I love my job!” Let me tell you a little bit about why:

• We’re well established in North Texas, opening in Dallas way back in 1918! Even though we’re “old”, our programs evolve to meet the current, observed needs in our surrounding community.
• We are inclusive and we are advocates for our diverse service populations.
• We have CeCe's Place, a maternal medical center, accepting pregnant patients at ANY stage of pregnancy. Patients can use Medicaid, private insurance, or apply for the very reasonable sliding scale fee schedule. 
• We support women and families throughout pregnancy, child birth, and early childhood years in our Parenting Support Program.
• We support adoptees, birthfamilies, and adoptive families throughout their lifelong adoption journeys.
• We license safe and loving homes for children in the foster care system due to abuse and/or neglect.
• I am surrounded by hard working co-workers who are full of energy and empathy, always ready to use their talents to serve our community.

We can’t do our work alone. We hope that the community around us notices our impact and wants to contribute to positive outcomes for children and families. Here are some ways your dotation an support our families:

• $20 provides diapers for a family in our community-based parenting education classes
• $50 provides post-adoption counseling for families
• $100 provides a session of parenting education for families
• $500 provides Trauma-Informed training for new foster parents
• $1500 supports the full training and licensing process for a new foster family to serve kids in crisis
